How do I get started using AppFolio?

A link will be sent to you by your manager to activate your Online Portal.

Is there a Mobile App?

There is a Mobile App called Online Portal by AppFolio. The app allows you to: make payments, submit maintenance requests, and access your documents from anywhere, anytime.

Can I pay my dues/other charges online?

Paying your dues online has never been easier! With three different payment options, you can rest assured that your payments are secure. Pay by eCheck, credit or debit card, or electronic cash payments - the choice is yours! So take the hassle out of paying your dues and make your life easier today.

What are the details of paying my dues/other charges online by eCheck?

Paying online by eCheck is an easy and cost-effective way to take care of your payments. It's totally free and secure, so you can rest assured that your transaction is safe. All you need to do is enter your bank's routing number and your checking or savings account number into your secure Online Portal, and the charge will be directly taken out of your specified bank account.

What are the details of paying my dues/other charges online by Credit or Debit Card?

Paying your charges online through the secure Online Portal is fast and convenient. When paying with your credit or debit card, however, please note that an online transaction fee will be applied based on both the payment amount and type. We strive to provide the best possible payment experience and are always working to ensure your payments are secure.

How do I set up my eCheck and Credit or Debit Card Payments?

Ready to get started? We'll send you an activation email or text with an "Activate Now" link. Simply click the link, set up your secure password, and log in to your personal Online Portal. It's that easy! Once logged in, you can follow the simple steps to make your first payment. Get started today and take charge of your future!

If I make a payment through the Online Portal and then realize I used the wrong payment method can AppFolio cancel the payment?

Unfortunately, AppFolio is unable to stop a payment that has already been initiated. If you need to do so, you must contact the institution from which the payment is originating. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Can I set up scheduled/automatic payments?

When you're ready to make a payment, you'll have the option to select "pay now" or "set up autopay". We recommend choosing the latter to make sure your payments are processed on time! On the next page, you can choose between eCheck, Credit, or Debit Card to pay. Fill in the appropriate information, and select the date you'd like your payment to be processed. It's that easy! With autopay, you can rest assured knowing that your payments will be taken care of without worry.

How do I edit my scheduled payment?

If you need to make changes to any of your scheduled payments, simply go to the “Scheduled Payments” section and click “edit”. From there, you can choose to either remove the payment entirely or skip just one payment if that’s what you need. It’s easy to make the changes you need and you can do it all in just a few clicks.

How can I see a complete history of my payments?

Under the Payments section of your Online Portal, you will find the Account Ledger. This feature allows you to view all of the payments you have made in the past. To access the Account Ledger, simply click the "View Full Account Ledger" button. This convenient feature enables you to stay up-to-date and organized with your payments.

What can I find in the Shared Documents Tab?

The Shared Documents section in the Online Portal is a great resource for accessing important documents your manager has uploaded. You can easily view and/or download these documents to review in more detail. It's a great way to stay up to date with the documents you need to ensure everything is running smoothly.

What do I do on the Compliance Tab?

If you need to submit an architectural review, this is the place to do it. The messaging feature within this feature ensures that all communication is documented and accessible to the review committee. This allows them to easily view the status of any existing reviews.
